Elland road upgrade

I’m on here as have the little un and stuck in the house. I’m also on the board of the club I support. What are you doing?
Just a mag mate with multiple accounts. Friday night near midnight permanently logged in this site and trolling. Christ what a danger. If it is a Leeds fan I am worried as he needs help.
The cheek to call others thick with that load of illiterate twaddle is not lost

Not the brightest are you. ;)

They'll never be as embarrassing as the Papa Johns 3498 :D
No mate just in from a night out pissed. I can hardly see the screen tbf. You're on here for god knows what reason, weirdo 😆

Were you one of the Sunderland fans at your FA cup first round tie as recently as 2019, that attracted 7892?

Talk about tinpot, no doubt Gillingham would've had a few there as well :D
I will have been. Were you one of the Leeds fans who turned out against Northampton in an FA Cup 1st round tie when only 9,500 were there? I mean, where were the super 50,000+ then ffs .

I’ve never denied we’ve had some poor cup crowds. My post was in response to someone tossing themselves off over your recent crowd in the third round versus ours, when before your bandwagon fuelled its tanks you were getting even less than our 15k crowd.

I’ve been to some old grounds ayrsome park probably been the oldest (maybe WHL) however none have come close to as much of a shit hole as Elland Road, if you didn’t laugh at the the size of the away fans concourse you’d cry. Have to say though this season it took an hour and a half to even move from the Hyundai garage next to the ground and the Leeds fans down the road mustn’t have got home until 2/3 hours after final whistle near midnight, fair play to them, that’s some support in my eyes.

Bit small time like but whatever floats your boat . Big clubs shouldn’t celebrate winning second division trophies like that .

Both clubs have good support but if we are honest, the majority of neutral football fans would say Leeds are a bigger club than Sunderland.

100k plus out in Leeds today celebrating. Rugby city I heard :lol::lol:

We might have to review that new stadium capacity
Notice they were nowhere to be seen between 2005-2017 when you couldn’t average over 30k between those years many 25k or below

Fair weather fickle delusional fanbase ….
Sunderland are a fantastic club no doubt, but Leeds are the bigger club.

Not that it matters really.
Again your fans go into hiding when the bad times come you absolute boob

Most neutrals know Leeds fans disappeared for over a decade dog chod crowds for years until Jack Duckworth turned up

The view from the back corner of the stand is pants like and it was overcrowded trying to get to the toilet at half time. It needs improving.
Needs improving? It needs massive investment. That video didn't impress me but it has to be an improvement on what is there already. Doncaster, Rotherham and Shrewsbury are a lot smaller but are an improvement on the current Elland Road.

If it doesn't matter, why mention it? Bigger in what way?
The Darlington match you've chosen to pick out from way back in 2009 did indeed have an attendance of 8429 - it was in the Johnstones paint trophy.

The Johnstones paint trophy eventually changed its name to the Papa Johns trophy.

As recently as the 1st of December 2021, Sunderland played Oldham in the very same competition at the SOL and attracted a crowd of, wait for it........ 3498

That's how this game works isn't it?

It would appear so.

What are you up to this Friday evening m8?
Another divvy.

Looks to me that Sunderland won more trophies and bigger attendances…….how do you define bigger club ?
Massive Leeds 19th in all time top flight table
Sunderland 10th also 86 seasons to Leeds 53 seasons

Really they aren’t even the biggest club in Yorkshire Sheff Weds are
We would have sold out for a play off semi final within hours.
Many sell outs between 2005 and 2017? Didn’t think so not with 22k averages
