Or back him, I think it would be incredibly harsh to get rid of him this summer.I get where you're coming from but that would totally derail our season if he started poorly imo. Better to get someone in early who can work with the players over summer.
Personally think allowing him to strengthen the whole squad (as we have clearly lacked strength in depth) and give him a pre season, a transfer window and the chance to build on taking us to 4th over 46 games.
We have seen so many examples over the years of teams starting slow, changing manager and flying up the table, so I wouldn’t be worried about changing managers after less than a quarter of the season.
