Jack Clarke

25k would be a pretty standard wage for a team like Ipswich and a player like clark who’s young and came from the championship. Not sure why it’s so unbelievable, maybe if he went on a free but they paid a decent amount.

Exactly.

They judge him on a game where the mags just did their homework and neutralised him.

I'd love us to sign him back

Which is what every single team in the Premier League will do. I don't think we neutralised him at all, he was just up against a top class right back in Trippier who didn't have the best game himself.

He hasn’t failed miserably man. 125m is just run of the mill now when he is trying to narrow a massive massive massive gap.
He has like.

They're 15 points behind 4th bottom with 5 games left. Not to even get 30 points after spending that much money is horrendous. Abject failure.
Generally managers don’t sign players these days. FYI and that
First result on google FYI.

At Ipswich Town, the primary decision-maker for player signings is the manager, Kieran McKenna. While he likely works in collaboration with the club's technical staff and possibly the board, he's the one who ultimately determines the club's transfer targets and deals.
There is literally not a single quote that I can find regarding transfers deals other than him.

You know that’s AI right? Have you clicked the links that form that opinion?

Because the next line is this?

Manager (Kieran McKenna):
He has the primary role in scouting and evaluating players, and his recommendations are usually followed by the club

The manager is the main scout?

And this is the first source for the AI

Just show me the quotes where a Speakman type is discussing transfers. There's none.

They were in league 1 two seasons ago like.
He’s done a remarkable job but this season was impossible for them. Brutally exposed at the back so maybe he could have signed a few better defenders and a keeper.

Forest spent almost £200mln in 22/23.
I make it £155M and they amassed 38 points.

Ipswich might get 25 points if they're lucky.

He signed 2 keepers and 2 centre halfs for about £50M. They were all shite.

I watched him every week. You saw a one off game.

He was our only threat and each time he got the ball he was surrounded.

Tripper 🤣

Gets a team back to back promotions then doesn't manage to do the practically impossible when in the Premier League = shite/failure.

You have to laugh.
