I got the packet of cherry tomatoes out the other night, it had just one in it, 1 fecking cherry tomato ffs

Same applies to leaving a little dribble of milk at the bottom of the bottle and putting it back in the fridge 😤

Or leaving one sheet of toilet paper on the roll instead of just using the damn thing and putting a new roll on.
 
I love toasted bagels and I love tinned mackerel and I love tinned mackerel on toasted bagels, BUT; I hate the carry on of trying to get the mackerel evenly on the bagels.

It keeps falling off the knife and into the bagel hole. It's bad enough just trying to put butter on them!
 
When you suss that Co-Ops Aldi Price Match is a con and everything you pop in there for regularly has gone up in price in just a week since they launched it

Moaned to the nice lady about it when she asked for my members card. She was very nice about it. Or she ignored me. But ignored in a nice way

This trend from some supermarkets to seal the lid of their (usually premium) coleslaw with a sheet of thin plastic.

What’s wrong with a proper lid? A proper lid that can be cleaned and recycled, not a useless sheet of plastic film. A useless sheet of plastic film that makes the coleslaw go off quicker, and stinks out your fridge with cabbagey fart aroma. A useless sliver of unrecyclable plastic that you have to cover with unrecyclable cling film to try and seal in the smell and keep the coleslaw fresh.

Some even make the lid ‘sticky’ at one corner, so you can reseal the lid. It doesn’t work. It gets covered with juicy gunk and won’t seal properly.

Stupidest, shittest product design I’ve seen for years. I can see zero upside.

This thing with penalties where someone looks like they're going to take it and then give it to the real penalty taker right before it's taken. I get why they do it, and it doesn't matter at all, but it seems like every team is suddenly doing it and that, in an exceptionally minor way, is an annoyance
