Utter rubbish, been there 30 years and it’s never been easier. The difference is the calibre of people working at the place now and the expectation that you should get paid without putting the graft in.

You have to put the graft in on that production line, or you don’t have a job. There’s no in between.

Tbh mate been a surreal few weeks . Strange atmosphere and lots of nervous people. Calmed down loads now like 👍
Loads of overtime on at mo and planned for future. Rumour mill
Next year line 2 going on to 3 shift pattern
Heard that a few times now

Day shift absolute crap the sooner they look at changing it the better (4 day week Friday overtime) one day off a week no good. Thank goodness for up coming bank holidays.

Just rumours. Even Nissan higher up won’t know what they are winning next week let alone next year.
