Noticed the station now haa security upstairs , hopefully this is a full time thing .

Door still out of order on one side, and of course the metro is stuck here as we have a signal problem

Should have had ticket barriers, easier to stop the fare dodgers. Still can't believe after all this time the artwork that was in the cgi still hasn't happened. Not sure why whatever in those "offices" at platform level weren't moved up to ground level and the platforms opened up. The "squeeze" onto the edge of the platform is awful. Have the windows been cleaned yet or still an inch of dirt on them?

Take a wild stab in the dark.....

More services are great and I hear we're getting new trains too. Shame the station it arrives at is still a shithole but maybe this will give them a kick!

First time I have been in since it was refurbed the other week, foolishly expecting a couple of little shops, selling food, hot drinks etc. Therss nothing at all.

How much did it cost to get done up?

Had to nip over to Greggs for a cuppa. Asked for a black coffee, the lass said regular, no it’s my first visit, boom boom.

Have the windows been cleaned? We should get an SMB flash mob turning up with a few buckets etc to do it and show what a poor reflection it is on those who run the place.

The project cost 27 million I think , it didn't just get done up. The entire station was knocked down and built again.

The council have offered to help network rail find Tennant's for the units but nothing has happened yet
