It will never be the same without Ariel but I think it's the right thing to do carrying on the business.
People you've got to get into Babu in Ashbrooke if you haven't been. I know I've bigged it up before, but the owner is class and the sandwiches/deserts are unreal.
Just had a turkey special and a chicken and mushroom, split them with the Mrs. Absolutely awesome, you'll struggle to find a better tasting sandwich, very unique flavours.
Plus, the coffee is top notch.
They are open at limited times but generally 11-5, Saturday and Sunday. Get in there, you won't regret it.

Sunderland mate, south side. The cafe is in between St. Aidan's and Argyle House if that helps, just next to Holmlands.

In Otto café earlier lovely coffee and good craic on with Patrick Gosling and Kenny Sanger.

Not usually a visitors to cafe’s for a cuppa but went into Sonny’s at Pop Recs today with the mother.
Cappuccino beautiful and the banana and walnut cake was superb.
If only the Bridge Hotel Vaults was open I’d have went over a pint before heading home too.

Can’t beat Mullers for pink slice, Faustos was canny effort the other week like.
Only one I’ve been in was in brum. Didn’t have a clue what to ask for as I don’t usually like coffee. The woman in front got an espresso which came in a tiny cup. I noticed they did a double espresso, imagine my disappointment when it came the the same size cup.
