Disney world Florida

Going to International drive for a week beginning of April, not doing Disney but fancy a day in Epcot for the flower and garden festival.
How much do we reckon for a day ticket?
A lot of the hotels have discounted day tickets if you sit through a sales pitch for timeshares or something like that. I didn't do it as had a day ticket already but spoke to bloke at desk and he said if you can put up with 30 mins of heavy sales pushing you get discounted tickets

I've only done typhoon lagoon and blizzard beach and that was as a kid, going to America next summer so fancy doing a waterpark
Blizzard Beach has always been closed whenever I've been in Orlando.

I do like Typhoon Lagoon too, the wave pool is the best in Orlando and the bairn loves the kiddie area.

We sat though the DVC sales pitch for a voucher (think it was $100) and a free ice cream.

Out of curiosity, if we were aiming to go end of October, is loads of the Disney stuff gonna be closed then? Because we're uh'ming and ah'ing about doing a full Disney pass or just a couple half days again, and if it's gonna be that half the decent rides aren't on then that'll obviously factor in.

Aye went last year, was good but you need to get there early for a good spot and take towels as they take your eyes out to rent them. As said the fast river is class but still prefer the one at Discovery Cove
I don't sunbathe but love going on the slides is it the best waterpark

It's frustrating but we have to go in school holidays because of my niece the ques for everything are always massive, lessons learn on the theme parks mind coz of the daily storms get there as early as possible
That's one reason we've gone for Easter rather than August - hoping its slightly cooler but much less humid and liable to rain
