Disney world Florida

That’s good to know, though was opening for Easter.

Hope BB still open when we go. I like typhoon but love the BB slides more. Saying that must be 10’years since been to BB.
Looks like BB closed last day in April
What's the best way to get to cape cav? Might just hire a car that way can hopefully catch a rocket launch with space x letting one off every other day.
My dad just drives, aye.

Loads of people swear by it
Or by a nearby villa
or the Disney Springs affiliated resorts
Or on property

There's no right answer, seriously. Its whatever suits your needs and budget.
We've done it a few different ways. The best was when we did 2 weeks on site to 'do' the parks and 2 weeks in a villa to 'do' the rest of the area.

I think if cost was an issue (it's gone up loads recently) then I would do a split between a villa and a springs area hotel.

It's a bit out of the way for my liking. There's better places closer if you're primarily visiting Disney.
Aye. We did it before kids, used to stay at the pointe. Used to walk to universal and seaworld to get bus to Disney. Now we’ve moved to LbV so just walk in to Disney springs and get bus to Disney. I prefer I drive as more to do than round LbV.

If you haven't got a car then lbv is a bit crap. Can you get a bus from Springs to the parks these days? I think you used to have to go via a hotel? That was when it was free to park though, so maybe it's changed?

Nah just hotels and typhoon lagoon.
We just get the lynx to TCC takes 15 mins.

Any car hire places anyone recommends at all like?

Alamo as you can pick up and drop off at Disney if you only need a few days.

If you pick up at the airport they let you skip the check in desk and go straight to the car which is handy after a long flight.

What about staying on International Drive?Heard that's decent
It's very much personal preference, but we've been twice; once in a villa with a mate driving, once at a Rosen on I-Drive and just Uber'd or bus'd everywhere, and we much preferred I-Drive tbh.

Loved doing the parks during the day, then on a night getting changed and go for a walk down i-Drive for a bite to eat. Appreciate everything is chains, and it's probably the same as if Americans came here and swooned over Spoons, but we loved that vibe tbh.

Probably helped that we only done a little bit Disney (two days) and focused mainly on Universal. Suppose if you're doing loads of Disney could be different.

Out of curiosity, if we were aiming to go end of October, is loads of the Disney stuff gonna be closed then? Because we're uh'ming and ah'ing about doing a full Disney pass or just a couple half days again, and if it's gonna be that half the decent rides aren't on then that'll obviously factor in.
