They're almost as dead rubber as you can get IMOThere may not be 'dead rubber' games but it's like flogging a dead horse playing Jobe every minute of every game, if he gets injured or suspended we need as many options as we can in the playoffs.
If we were 3rd and a bit closer we'd have a better that 1% chance of catching Sheff Utd but catching Burnley as well is probably a bridge too far.
Pretty hard for things to click when he's getting zero game time.I do hope he gets on today and some game time

RLB is talking about more than just playing time, it's communication and complete understanding of his tactical instructions. We can tell he's very meticulous and has a lot of players to utilise who are already up to speed. I doubt I could learn Serbian in a year!Pretty hard for things to click when he's getting zero game time.
I'd like to see him get more minutes, especially now we're almost certainly out of the top 2 race. But it's hard to blame RLB for not chucking him in when every game has basically been either level or 1 goal in it.
He's a year younger than Harrison Jones and you don't hear the same type of clamour for him, and he's grown up at the club!
Not sure Harrison Jones has had a run of games mind to actually make an assessment to be fair to him .Harrison Jones hasn't shown anything to suggest he'll be a good player here whereas Aleksic when he gets a chance generally impresses.
Perhaps if RLB changed it up once in a while instead of playing the same three players in central midfield for every possible second he can when it's clear Rigg's been running on fumes since November/December then maybe not every game would have been level or a one goal margin. Perhaps if he gave Aleksic regular game time for the 23's then he'd be closer to where RLB seemingly wants him to be to affect games.
Browne has had a decent amount of minutes in midfield, Samed was getting minutes for the few weeks when he wasn't injured. The same 3 in midfield came at a time when we were right in amongst the top 2 race.Harrison Jones hasn't shown anything to suggest he'll be a good player here whereas Aleksic when he gets a chance generally impresses.

He changes the team all the timeThis lad really should have been getting more minutes. We’ve seen enough of him in the few cameos to suggest he is good enough but one of Le Bris ‘ biggest downfalls is he’s so stubborn with his starting squad
RepeatOnly player I’d have brought him in instead of was Rigg, who ended up playing well
He can’t play Jobe or Neil’s position.
He’s just having this season to be bedded in same as loads of others in the past, we say this every week, then he doesn’t play and someone says he’s upset or got no future or what not
He clearly can. He’s been a number 8 since he started playing football.Repeat
He’s a number 10 or advanced 8. Not the defensive side that Jobe provides and definitely cannnot play Neil’s position. He clearly can. He’s been a number 8 since he started playing football.
He played that exact role in the Toulon Tournament. He’s a number 10 or advanced 8. Not the defensive side that Jobe provides and definitely cannnot play Neil’s position.
This the lad barely gets a sniff when players are clearly out of form or fatigued. I’d understand if he’d looked well off it in the few mins he’s had but he hasn’t looked far off it at all and won’t get up to speed unless we give the lad some minutes.Pretty hard for things to click when he's getting zero game time.
The thing is the manager really can’t know where he’s at unless he plays him more. These next few games after the international break are perfect time to give the lad some game time. Autos are gone and we need to both rest a few and give some like Milan some game time in case we need him.Repeat
Guess where he’s playing nowHe’s a number 10 or advanced 8. Not the defensive side that Jobe provides and definitely cannnot play Neil’s position.
