Milan Aleksic - Confirmed

Not really. He played more than Aleksic has, but he didn't play much at all.

Mundle played 480 minutes last season. Equivalent to about 5 games + a bit.

Aleksic has played 140 minutes so far, equivalent to 1 and a half games. Its not enough though, I absolutely agree. He looks positive when he comes on as well, I don't get it. Yesterday was a perfect game to bring him on.

Like others have said, we've done similar with Hume, Mayenda before but we spent a big chunk of money on Aleksic and he's on the bench every week, but then almost never comes on, even when it makes perfect sense to introduce him.

That big chunk of money includes his potential, at only 19 he’s going to be a big player for us

He’s never played outside of Serbia til know and couldn’t speak a word of English when he joined

He’s getting used to England and the league and the club and will play a bigger part next year

I know, I get that, but he's come on and looked dynamic in 2 or 3 appearances, surely 20 minutes off the bench last night wouldn't have hurt him?

Who for? We take off Neil or Jobe and lose the defensive side

I’d have had him on instead of Rigg if he was to play, but Rigg ended up playing well

I get your point though
 
Her certainly needs a chance. From what I've seen of him (limited I Know) he seems to play the play forwards and makes runs beyond the striker, nobody else is doing that in midfield.
 
Don't know why he's not been used from the bench out wide more. He's looked pacey & direct the few times he's come on on the left. Would like to see him come on on the right to see what he can do there. I know he's not a wide player but it's a way of getting him involved regularly & helps us out seeing as we've literally no alternative to Roberts, Poveda is just a waste of a wage.
