Just call him Jonathan LivingstonFound them absolutely fascinating today. I was watching a specific one to try and get into the mind of a seagull and understand his/hers movements. They would sit on the seat in the lower premier concourse before gliding all the way to the other side to sit again. Also made me think if we could have some sort of robotic seagull with cameras for eyes feeding back live info to our coaching staff.
Still a stupid name !and its not a nickname its a term used(in ignorance /laziness obviously to describe a several types of birds seen at the sea by most of the population outside the twitchier community! They are just gulls. Seagulls is a weirdly lengthened nickname
Been happening a while now, I was in the north stand last year and they swoop in most home games it seemed. I’m now in the west stand and it’s the first time I’ve seen it as bad as Saturday.I’ve only been going again for last few seasons and that’s the first time I’ve seen loads of seagulls like that
I hate them, particularly the two adults and youngun that keep banging on the back doors.I like seagulls me. Fascinating creatures.
Wish they would feck off to sea. We need a cull. They are just gulls. Seagulls is a weirdly lengthened nickname
Such an average joe, unoriginal, simpleton opinion, just like when average joes say 'they should lock them up and throw away the key' or 'we should send the navy to sink these migrant boats'.Wish they would feck off to sea. We need a cull.
Just clocked your profile picture. I think most of this forum are real life versions of himTerrible day yday but on about 88 minutes when the stadium was about 90% empty the seagulls swooped in, was great to see despite a terrible day. Good to see them back haven’t really noticed them since the champo days.
Also saw a mini litter swirl on the pitch, another good throw back.

Aye Richardson lining up to take a free kick and couldn’t get moved for shite on the pitchReminds me of derby day matches under Keane.
Hope a seagull shat on your seatI’d gone by then ….
There was thousands of them, maybe the club release them for what reason I don’t knowIs it just me or do they always turn up when we're losing?
