Maybe it's a gamble worth taking? Worst case is we don't go up but I don't think his value will depreciate much come the summer, there'll be alot more clubs sniffing around him if he has a good end to the season.

He can play in the first team here and he has Chris Rigg as the model for that

The lad has massive potential and we need him with us
 
"If" we were to go up and he starts doing it in the prem, then selling him for what would be a much higher fee would also benefit us more from a PSR perspective too
