Been a good few years financially in the league above. Clubs have managed to exert a bit of downward pressure on wage inflation at the same time as revenue increasing. We can’t opt out. We’re doing just fine.

As I said, he’s behind Mundle in the pecking order anyway. Mundle is due back in a couple of weeks, Watson is at least a month away.

We could use that money to strengthen in other positions.

i dont think anyone has said owt against the lad as things stand , just if he doesnt act right pushes a move the club doesnt want . As long as he plays it straight theres no problem for him stay or go.
