So we absolutely should not entertain a sale now. Even with 12 months left in the summer we’ll get at least the same, if not more than we would get now (and it won’t derail our season).

I agree and don't want us to sell him but as usual its nowt to do with the fans. The players agent has the control and maybe watson signs an extended contract on the back of this with a release clause. That's worth it for SAFC

And 90% of people wanted more than 15 million, absolutely no one thought he would be so bad he wouldn’t even make Ipswich’s bench, which is his current situation.

Safc have control. He’s under contract until next summer so we don’t have to do anything this month. If SAFC want to sell him though we will. But at the same time they would leave themselves open to huge criticism if we fall just short this season. I can’t imagine RLB would be at all impressed if we sold one of the ‘Crown Jewels’ in this winter
 
Look this will be our owners putting this shit out man.By monday night and our young stars Watson,Mundle,Jobe ,Rigg,Neil,Patto,are all still here ,we will be dancing in the streets.So grateful to board and coming out with crap like I didnt want new players anyway.
 
sheeeit man. Shows how far we've come that Brighton are sniffing around us with their track record though. Dunno how much they'd be even prepared to spend either, but if he does go hope they loan him back to us for the rest of the season at least.
