Adil Aouchiche

It's just you seem to be saying "drop Jobe because he won't be here long term, but build the team around Le Fée even though he won't be here long term".
I never said that, you assumed it. We do play 3 in midfield sometimes, and Jobe doesn't always play there. I did say he's versatile.

Would think this week gonna be a few outgoings and he will be one. Le Bris just doesn't rate him so better to shift him out. If positive news on Browne and Mundle then its a green light for Regis to say bye bye.

RLB has favourites which limits his rotation options.

Neil and Jobe are untouchable. Fair enough, le fee has joined the club but is being played out of position to achieve that. Inevitably Rigg will be the fall guy and odd one out, incredible for someone so talented not to play.

RLB has 9 days to work out selection and tactics for the Boro game. If we continue to play players out of position we will continue to drop points.

There are decisions all over the park. Mayenda, does he play and if so where. Roberts, in or out. Does Ballard come back in as the Mepham LoN partnership has looked to struggle sometimes in recent games. Le fee central, if so who plays on the left. Circkin, struggling defensively but is our only naturally left sided player to play there do we persist.

Thought he should have come yesterday.

Good the on the ball and carries it well. Far more likely to see a game out that way than bringing Hjelde on.

Agreed

It’s funny I praised the managers stubbornness before the game but it did cost us yesterday

He trusts certain players and just rarely budges from that

Le Fée died out of the game second half (which is expected) given the lack of game time he's had this season. I think aouchiche should have been brought on, However it clearly looks like the lad had been over looked (again)

We kept 3 clean sheets in a row before Saturday, cirkin is fine nor playing his best but obviously should play

I think Regis 100% picks the team (I would hope so, maybe with his backroomstaff with input) ....but I think he's only got a bit part to say in the comings and goings? If the Club gets an acceptable offer for any of the fringe players, like Aouchiche etc they'll take it, "by the way Regis we got x amount for so and so" and "yes you can have Le Fée" we've organised a loan to buy etc.

Let's break this down:
Le Bris has already said Left Midfield is Le Fee's best position.
Le Fee has been here three games, Rigg has started all of them.
Who are these players we are playing out of position? Did we not also pick up points whilst said players were out of position?
All teams will continue to drop points.
The O'Nien/Mepham struggling partnership that has 3 clean sheets out of their last 4 games?

When did he say left midfield is his best position? He described him as a 6, 8 and a 10.

Needs moving on really. Not going to be a starter and even with injuries seemed well down the order. Wage would be better used elsewhere
