Adil Aouchiche

Of course there is a surprise.
Regis doesn’t use subs well.
There is absolutely no surprise when he makes very late subs and we conceded very late.
Alexisic (sp) is another.

He plays his team until very late and is there a wonder we are on the back foot or the replacements have had very little game time? It’s worrying.

It also appears that Regis doesn’t know his best side. The one he does and mainly relies on are all out of their material position.
On Saturday you could argue the following during the duration of the game played at some point out of position.

Onien
Rigg
Neil
Bellingham
Enzo
Mayender
Robert’s

That’s 7 players. (You can argue about Bellingham but his best position in the holding midfielder)

It’s all bizarre and no wonder we are clutching at straws.

It’s almost counter intuitive…. Makes me wonder if he’s shuffling his pack ready for a major transfer out …. Jobe I assume if any

You know what, I thought this but thought Neil. He would be easier to replace in their model.

Nowhere near the scale you're suggesting, if he was Le Bris wouldn't be getting rid, wouldn't you agree.

Le Bris has already sold him once, he clearly dosent fancy him, I’d have to guess it’s as much an attitude thing as anything as he clearly has technical ability.

He has never really shown enough consistently but a the same time whenever he has looked as if he may be finding some form he goes out the team and doesn't appear again for ages. His most recent spell in the team was pretty successful I think, looked our best player a couple of times and generally did enough to be involved still but then can't even get off the bench now. We did it in his first season and to a lesser extent we did it with Ba (although he generally looks not good enough to be fair)

Le Fee has played 3 * 90 mins now despite looking fucked for the last 20/25 mins in each yet AA stuck on the bench unused in both

I don't have the stats to hand but I'm positive le fee got to the byline about 3 or 4 times, more than any other player I'd have guessed ?

Certainly early in the game lee Fee was the only penetrative player and got balls in that should have been attacked. Don't think that continued all through the game but certainly first half.

Was one of those games where you question the runs of Isidor- at one point Le Fee flashed a ball in from the byline and Isidor was on the edge of the area and no one had attacked it where he should have been breaking his neck to get in.

Though there was a similar one not long later and everyone forward had attacked it (4 or 5) and no one had hung back with a late run and it went just behind everyone arpund the penalty spot😀
Indeed
How dare you say he's better than Dan Neil! Jobe is a extremely versatile player as we're beginning to see, but I doubt he'll be ours for the long term.

Is he versatile?

He can play as an 8 and has dropped in occasionally as a six. He played up front last season and looked 'meh' but was lacking as a 10.

When a manager doesn't fancy it's usually not the players fault .Jose Mourinho got rid of MO Salah ,Kevin de brunye and Juan Mata while Chelsea manager .Why ? This at his time at Chelsea .Fell out for no reason with Danny Rose Chelsea , and humiliated Dele Ali at Spurs .
Peter Reid with Darius Kubicki dropped the fans fav. To put in Gareth (the Lard) Hall ,who was nowhere near fit. This just to prove a point to the team .Happens all the time that managers see flaws in some people WHO SPEAK out ? Adil should have played on the wing ,having been outstanding MOTM ,2 games prior before getting dropped. Le Fee should have been in centre midfield .Rant over

If it was attitude though how did he manage to make it back onto the bench before everyone was getting injuries, he must have been putting the work in?

Aouchie wasn’t even on the bench for the Coventry game mate, it was only after Mundle injury he was in bench for Millwall game, and any bench appearances before then were very sparodic at best.

I think it's canny obvious he deserved a chance earlier in the season, especially in games where we were struggling for any kind of creativity (Preston springs to mind). He's positive on the ball, he gets in the box and he takes plenty of shots.

When he did get a run, I thought he did alright. He does a lot of the right things, but perhaps lacks that final bit of quality to be a real difference making attacking player at this level.

Seems to be a decent lad and deserves a proper run elsewhere. I think he's been on the end of some decidedly odd treatment almost since he arrived here, where we didn't really seem to have a plan for him after Mowbray left.

Jobe has played 1 game (Portsmouth away) as a holding midfielder, so not sure where you are getting that from...
It was more or less his best performance for us so far.

He’s dropped in there at times in other games and looked at home.

Whether it’s his best position right now is probably still up for debate, but long term, I think it might well be
