His distribution is awful usually but I actually think that the biggest problem is him being glued to his line and not commanding his box. When we’re under pressure from a team, because he never comes and claims a cross the opposition just end up recycling the ball again and again and again. Happened against Derby for about 15-20mins, and has happened in many other games this season.

He doesn’t organise the defence, doesn’t shout at them, just gives the odd shrug. If we can get any sort of fee for him we should let him go

He was like a different player today. Maybe 8 of his passes were intercepted, repeatedly caught short positionally, spilled the ball for the first, and arguably lost his man for the second.

Absolutely agree. Absolutely no idea what he could do differently. Loads of our players between him and the ball all of which could have reacted and then the kid stuck it away very well. He’s been as good as any of our players in the last few games.
 
his kicking is an absolute abortion .. and commanding of his area feckin hell .. Stephen Hawkins is more mobile than him on todays viewing

Its hard ti believe given his performances against SHeff U, Burnley and Derby how he can be getting slated so much over a goal where he was pretty blameless. Its mental on here.
