Marginally different as he made it clear beforehand that he didn't want to be in the squad. Whittaker allegedly just didn't turn up on the day.

Still not great behaviour either though.

It's not, but I'll hazard a guess that they've known long before the Burnley game that he wants away. Their gaffer coming out in public and saying that probably isn't doing them any favours in wanting to get more money for him or even keep him as a player for the rest of the season now.

Not at all. I tend to think if they do it join you, they’ll do it to leave.

I don’t particularly rate him. He’s a long range shot/highlights merchant.

Wherever he goes he’ll smash one in from 50 yards against us

The best of luck to any Club who think he's worth the trouble because I am sure that he's going to present challenges

I wouldn't touch him with a barge pole if that's how he treats the lads he plays with. He may even turn out to be one of the reasons why Plymouth are in such a fix . Individual players have been know to upset entire dressing rooms.

While he’s not the most tidy player on the ball he would be a good alternative to Roberts. Totally different player player, more direct. Think he would do well here receiving the ball higher up the pitch to cut in and gets his shots off. He would win us points from now until the end of the season no doubt about it.

Neither did I but there's articles about it, apparently went in strike at Bradford after they blocked a move to Forrest but amongst all the shenanigans we got him for £75k instead
