Forthcoming gigs.

Downstairs in Pure? He then took the piss and played the sound of silence
Aye. I think it was already in his setlist like!
Was that at The Cluny? He did it there when people were talking over him singing
Nah, Pure in Park Lane. My mates used to follow him about a canny bit back in the day so they’ve seen him lots.

I’ve had a couple of solo gigs but racked up double figures of Cast gigs. Mainly at festivals

Looking at that list, I seem to be becoming increasingly conservative in my gig going. I think the only acts I haven't seen at least once are the Magic Numbers and Mary Chapin Carpenter (though only seen Du Blonde when she was still Beth Jeans Houghton) Most of the others I've seen multiple times. Must be an age thing.
My current bookings:

Martha - Pop Recs
Du Blonde - The Cluny
Nev Clay - Baba Yaga's
Magic Numbers - Glasshouse
Field Music - Pop Recs
Hamish Hawk - Riverside replacement

Not a bad start.

Just gave my 8yr old daughter her Mary Wallopers & Bootleg Blondie tickets. As well as going to Blackburn tomorrow she’s not doing too bad in following in her dads footsteps of being cool as fuck.

I’ll not be able to do owt by myself soon.
Added the Levellers to this & we’re going to do Ian Prowse in Skipton in November too.

Think it’s just been announced. Look at the venue, it looks like it’ll be a quirky one!

We’ll have to have a pint.
I thought that it might be the barn at Appletreewick. Prowsey has played there very year for a good while. Plum Hall are always the support and I suspect that they may have some connection to the place. It is really in the arse end of nowhere.

In terms of quirky, The Victoria Hall at Settle takes a bit of beating and bizarrely it is the oldest music hall in the World.
