Nice drive back as always after a win. We’re at Egton Grange on Delves Lane. That's strange. We're just round the corner in Glaisdale. Would normally get on next stop.from you.
The train companies treat people like shit. Don’t blame punters whatsoeverIt’s dangerous man, I’ve posted threads before I’m not a stranger to being in tight situations as I stood at roker park etc but these trains on a match day especially on a Saturday when you have people out shopping or visiting relatives etc it’s madness. I’ll always stick up for football fans but the past few return trips to horden have been filled with absolute morons pissed and obviously haven’t got a ticket and just pile on. It’s very dangerous and isn’t policed in the slightest, no wonder the general public class footy fans in a certain way some of the shit I’ve seen just nee call for it and borders on being very dangerous.
As repeatedly posted on here over a season the train companies must lose thousands in revenue over no.tickets etc always recall one season they had ticket inspectors at the top of the stairs at Sunderland on a match day if you didn't have a ticket you had to pay was a good idea some reason they stopped itThe train companies treat people like shit. Don’t blame punters whatsoever
We were on the 19.02 from Skiprat to Donny and that wasn’t “gripped”LNER not affected by Northern or Metro disruption. If I'd ticketed to S'land then different story.

In fact that train is hardly ever gripped as it’s a can’t be arsed London crew on their last shift
Strong possibility that we were on the same bus..gave spoons a miss tho, just settled for a couple of scoops in the Centurion. Was a bit surprised that our 18;49 booked Lumo train was only 12 minutes late departing Central, given the amount of cancelled and late running trains.Northern rattler at 17_30 to Newcastle cancelled went to sol and caught the metro to heworth bus replacement to Newcastle got dropped off at spoons round the corner from central at 17_55
I went on the centurion for 1 after paying £5_25 a pint in the comet across the road. Our train south was from the opposite platform from yoursStrong possibility that we were on the same bus..gave spoons a miss tho, just settled for a couple of scoops in the Centurion. Gonna be rammed ain’t it.All trains 2 carriages before the match.
I’ve noticed there’s already been an early train cancelled because of train crew.
Will take a brave man to rely on any Northern trains to get about today!
Best wishes if anyone is on the trains
I think a lot won’t bother! Too unreliable in these conditionsGonna be rammed ain’t it.
