SOL expansion

Let’s see…
Hotel rooms, hotel related restaurants, conferences , meeting rooms, concerts, graduation ceremonies, massed meetings for trade unions or big companies etc, religious services, stadium tours,

Senior supporters association closed shop meetings 😂

social functions, weddings, charity dinners, Christmas parties, school prom nights,
I could go on.
Most of which happen at our and other stadiums on a regular basis.

Do you live in the real world?

Which already happen... So are totally irrelevant to this thread.

Extending the stadium wouldn’t be a bad idea if we simply dropped prices and set an example to the other EFL and premier league clubs. We could fill that stadium if we capped season tickets at £150 I reckon.

Obviously for that to happen we would need to get promoted and stay there first

Without blowing smoke up their arses they have a massive membership list that apply for tickets on a game by game basis. I have mates on this and sometimes they get tickets but more often they don’t. But anyway based on the small sample I know, those on the membership list would be very keen to snap up a season ticket were it to become available

This. That's why they got 52k midweek against Wimbledon or whoever it was. The place was full of people who don't normally go apparently.

Proving that you were totally wrong in your comment, which suggested there is no use for stadia outside of football. Idiotic statement from you.

There is the ability to do more, be more sustainable, make more money.

Or are you one of the “not for the likes of us” downtrodden types?

I think Man Utd have some system whereby ST holders are threatened with losing their ST if don't show up regularly!
They do but it’s not as bad as it sounds. You have to have had your ST be used for 15 of 19 matches to be eligible for renewal.

Use can include you going yourself, transferring to a member or listing for sale on the clubs exchange regardless of if it sells or not.

So basically you can have 4 occasions per season where your plans change last minute and your seat doesn’t get used before there’s any risk

I personally would not be advocating adding any more seats at the moment as the demand was not there! but if they decided to spend millions on restructuring the ground to add boxes and the ancillary services ,kitchens ect it would be madness not to add extra seats as the main cost of the restructuring for the boxes would mean adding a few more seats would be very cheap and cost effective! It would make complete business sense! But as i said i wouldn't add extra seats as that is not required but as part of bigger investment ...just out of interest if we got to the champions league and we generated a regular attendance of 55.000 (personally i think that's our max no matter how well we do)would you berate the club extending the sol all the way round to make it 63,500 even if we could only occasionally fill it?I will say it again i have no fear of empty seats ! do you?

If we got to the Champions League 😂😂😂😂

What are you smoking man.

I maintain my stance in this.
What's our highest cover average gate?

What's our highest ever average?
When the hard core dont turn up, the seats remain empty.
Nufc for instance have loads who will slip in ifvthe hard core don't attend.

We've peaked.
Is your capacity to understand limited?
