Ha way then as you’re obviously a tactical genius tell me your team against Stoke with formation, and enlighten us as to how RLB is going wrong. It’s not already on? It just seems like he comes across on the touchline like he cuts a puzzled figure who really doesn’t know what to do next. He’s desperately looking for answers to the question but every answer is the wrong one. He is getting so desperate he’s beginning to make fundamental mistakes in decisions making like wrong substitutions at the wrong time. Wrong formation. Wrong tactics approach.
Oh yeah, and if he’s so bad how come we dominated the game against the best team in the league on Friday?Ha way then as you’re obviously a tactical genius tell me your team against Stoke with formation, and enlighten us as to how RLB is going wrong.
Those concerns got uncle tone the sackHopefully backed in the January window, the squad again is paper thin in certain key areas

Starting to make similar noises to those before him...
In case you haven’t noticed we play a 4–3-3 and we also don’t use the pressing tactic all of the time. RLB uses various tactics and often changes how we play during games to counter the opposition.Since the problems is goals then we need to have more options up front. I would like to see a 4-3-3. And the high press tactic isn't working any more. We aren't winning games any more because of it. Maybe doing what WBA do and defend in large numbers and counter attack would be a good idea. Anything but what we are doing now because what we are doing now isn't working. I don't know why it isn't working. But I would prefer anything but the way we are currently set up.
We are at our best with a high press and Intensity. Putting everyone behind the ball like West Brom would piss our fans off, I certainly wouldn't want to watch that week in, week out. We have just been the better team at a team who are top of the league and just come down from the Premier League. Things just aren't going for us at the minute.Since the problems is goals then we need to have more options up front. I would like to see a 4-3-3. And the high press tactic isn't working any more. Don’t think anybody is asking for him to be binned are they and if they are they are complete idiotsI've had to re-read some posts on this thread...are people seriously questioning Le Bris's position????Absolute bonkers. This is probably the worst I've seen on here, no bullshit when i say that either.
Squad depth with real quality coming into the winter months sorts the men from the boys.if we don't add that in January we will be fighting with our backs to the wall to stop in the top 6 IMO...
Yeah, i've already stated his use of subs are a problem...that's football, if he was perfect at everything, he would be managing top ebd of the premier league. Every Head Coach/manager can improve. Yeah, I've seen one poster at least say if we don't beat Stoke then Le Bris position should be under pressure...absolute bollocks.Don’t think anybody is asking for him to be binned are they and if they are they are complete idiots
However, some of his decisions, tactics and subs etc can be questioned like
They’ve cost us quite a few points the last few weeks.
Hes doing a cracking job so far but there’s definitely room for improvement
This is pretty much spot on. He's done a pretty remarkable job since coming in but like all managers isn't perfect. Anyone seriously questioning his position is way way off the mark.Yeah, i've already stated his use of subs are a problem...that's football, if he was perfect at everything, he would be managing top ebd of the premier league. We deserved to win on Friday night against one of the best teams in the league, but we weren’t clinical enough in front of goal, which has been the problem for the last few games.
Imo RLB is doing the best he can with the players we’ve got.
Some of the speakman ones nearly got there, but you can see the way these nutters / mags / wums turn the conversations, they say something ridiculous, some ph imbalances hit on it, some react then bobs your uncle it’s debated on Saturday at the match, and recycled. The nay way to stop it is a run of wins. The fact we’re playing well, still top 4 etc etc is completely ignored.I've had to re-read some posts on this thread...are people seriously questioning Le Bris's position????Absolute bonkers.
