Spot on..the way they addressed the crowd at the end was topper..you could tell they meant it.

I`m photographing/reviewing but Y&T`s photo policy is for no photo pit but anyone can bring their cameras in and shoot from the crowd. When I got there the place was absolutely rammed so I popped up to the balcony and got a spot there and took a few snaps.

Y&T were great - two and a quarter hour set, over 20 songs with at least one from every album, all the classics and a ton of deep cuts. Meniketti is absolute class - cracking voice and an incredible guitarist.

It was a great venue, went to Sandinista (excuse the spelling if I’m way off) for a couple of pints after the gig, great little pub. First time I’ve been to Leeds to be honest. I’m generally not a city person but I’ll be keeping an eye out for gigs there and might book an extra night to have a mooch about. Seemed canny.

Aye I popped in that place for a couple after the gig, canny little bar with some good beers. I said after seeing Bruce at SoL I wasnt going to drink that much at a gig again but got fairly close to that last night, I blame the 2 pinters during a gig.
