He is very much a homebird family man. He will be living at home in Brizzle with his family, and be able to nip up the M4 everyday to work, and go back to his family every night. Something he hasn't been able to do most of his managerial career. It will mean a lot to him.

He has a point to prove, because even though he acts up for the cameras, he is a very good people manager, and coach, and will still have a desire to prove to the football world that he is good at what he does.

Not wishing bad on @SwindonOnTour but I reckon Holloway will be their final nail in the coffin to their League status.

His better days are long gone, a disaster of a last job and 4 years in the wilderness.
