Forthcoming gigs.

Was at booze and glory on Monday night and what a refreshing sight to see young punks and skins. I thought youth had been lost to play station recluses and insta wannabes …………. Great to see.

If anyone is after 2 tickets for Tom A. Smith at the bunker on Sunday night give me a message. Decided to take my daughter with us as well when he released the matinee tickets so probably gonna give the evening a miss

Just got tickets for BLUE OYSTER CULT at The Palladium in London next May - their only UK show and think this may well be their last. Couldn`t miss this one - but Ticketmaster - what a bunch of robbers - service charge + processing fee charge + facility charge added on to the ticket - forgot just how bad they are.

I've just come on this thread to mention this one to you. I wondered if you might have any inkling over whether there'll be any other UK dates. I don't think a Sunday evening in London is gonna be possible with other commitments.

To be honest Chris - I think they`ll do just one show. Last time I interviewed Buck he said they were scaling down their touring and just playing a few shows here and there when they felt like it. I thought at the time there would be no shows outside of America but he said he didn`t rule it out but any tour would be only a few dates. I think this is probably it but maybe, they could add another date but I doubt it. I couldn`t risk waiting and then not getting anything. If they do happen to add another date further North then I`ll do that as well. I`m quietly hoping that Albert will make a guest appearance too.

Shame.

Seems odd that Sweden would get 3 dates and the UK only one.

"On tour forever 1972 - 2025" seems like a bit of a tongue in cheek oxymoron in keeping with their sense of humour.

I see When Rivers Meet are supporting. We watched them play to about 25 people at Northern Kin back in August. They're canny.

I wondered that too - never thought of Sweden as a big BOC market - Germany maybe but not Sweden. UK has always been a strong market so would have thought London, Brum/Manchester or Glasgow would have been doable.

Not seen When Rivers Meet - that is the husband and wife Blues thingy isn`t it?? They are on my radar so will be good to finally see them.
