Women & Girls cricket

So far we look like we are building a decent team, be interesting to see where all the centrally contracted girls go, most probably back to their former counties (if they exist) quite a few former southern Vipers from sussex and hampshire in the england squad, probably all go to Hampshire

How many signings have Durham made now?

How many signings have Durham made now?
i think about 9 or 10
From a quick look back through twitter and the website

Hollie Armitage
Lizzie Scott
Bess Heath
Katie Levick
Leah Dobson
Emily Windsor
Maddy Villiers
Lauren Filer
Emma Marlow
Katherine Fraser

so i think its another 5 pros then rookies and academy
Ami Campbell off to Yorkshire, probably suited to tier 2 really, 33 now and has had a couple of seasons now massively out of form, very poor average for a top order batter,

but with her being a local lass i had thought she'd be nailed on to go to Durham

Cricket as seen as the "posh and elitest" sport but is far more open in regards to things like gender, race and religous beliefs. Love footy but you get women playing "mens" first XI cricket around the region and no-one gives a toss.

No a huge surprise them 2 at hampshire, not getting all the former vipers thought apparently, thought we'd have word by now where the rest of the england women will play

rumours are they arent really going to disperse the England girls, so 4 go to the blaze and 4 or 5 to Hampshire while some others get none
