2020 ECB guidelines are max of 7 overs in a spell and 18 in a day . Mind I think thats for club cricket so could be slightly altered for FC games

Definitely different for a FC game.

Farhan Ahmed who is younger than Minto. Bowled 76 overs across the game, in his CC debut against Surrey the other week.

So definitely more than 7 in a day. He's bowled 133 overs already in 4 FC innings!

Albeit bowling spin less taxing on the body than bowling 85mph bouncers.

Not seen any play this morning but it looks like Holder has been quite decent today going by the scorecard.
