Letās do this again. They are really comparable as they have birthdays close together. In their first scholarship years , Bellingham played more games at championship level including more starts. They then both turned 17 and both signed their first pro deals. Jude then signed for a European giant for about 30m quid and Rigg stayed at Sunderland. At this stage in season 2 Rigg is doing what he is doing and itās great. Bellingham was called up for England u21 in this international break ( Rigg wasnāt) and was only weeks away from making a champions league debut and around 2 months away from making a full England debut so unless Rigg somehow plays in the Champions league and makes both an England u21 and full England debut in the next 2 month explain how he isnāt behind what Bellingham done.Because heās half a season behind at 17 year old?
