Yes mate. Have to walk single file and a maximum of 20 people at a time. Hardlys worth the bother really.

What are you basing that on? Why would you not be surprised that someone built a bridge that can't be used? Do you know of any other modern bridges in the world that are shut when it is busy?

It is 10m wide. Two and a half times as wide as the Millennium Bridge in London.
This is the same as the 'shocking if true' people who thought the Northern Spire was sinking because they didn't understand the concept of tides.

Subsidence is something which isn’t anticipated or wanted. Consolidated can be part of the engineering design and is anticipated.
