Just came into this - is there a work permit needed for him over here? I'm not even sure how these things work post Brexit.
Clubs used to have (or maybe still do) Belgian feeder clubs as it helped get them work permits etc. Given we're no longer in the UK I'm not sure how that would help anyway.

Strange one.
Its interesting that a player who played in the champions league vs benfica and inter last season is considered not ready to play for cardiff. Our current 1st choice striker is almost 2 years younger than him also.
