Needs to play at centre back, never a full back in a million yearsNeeds regular football at League 1 or league 2 level to see if he is going to develop into a Sunderland player. He did OK last night, but lost the ball a few times and got bullied occasionally.
The kid is only 18 mind and will be better from playing men's football, which he won't get at Sunderland this year unless we have an excess of injuries.
Would like to see him out now with a recall in January if needed, as he is better than our reserves IMO.
