They aren’t “off”. Off to me would indicate an breakdown in talks to an irrevocable position

The poster I was replaying to said they thought it was “off” and “never on”

I would suggest if they’re the two categories, it certainly has been on at some point. Doesn’t mean it’ll happen

I'd agree. Probably if we won't pay big (unreasonable ?) fees for Mendy & Simic we won't get them. Maybe we'll learn how to sell players from the experience
