It's quite a clever shitehawk ruse, typical of one who is searching for deciples. Posting the Croatian flag almost suggests he's saying something is happening, just enough so that if something does happen, he can claim that this is what he was telling us all along, but if nothing comes of it he can say that he didn't suggest anything, just posted some flags.
