Jack Clarke

Because it's going to allow us to bring in 2 or 3 higher calibre players than we could usually shop for.

Granted they might be shit and it's a giant cluster fuck, but it's happened either way, so let's get on board with it and see what happens.

Far too many negatives on here at the minute.

Everyone said we were idiots for letting Wyke go and replacing him with Stewart.
If that is the case then, absolutely. No more than 2 quality additions. Not a boat load of shite like last year

For all we were soundly beat, I didn't think that team acquitted itself too badly. I think they showed enough to suggest as individuals they could slot into a better side (i.e. the first time) and do ok. Rigg certainly proved as much.
Haway Chris man, that bunch wouldnt beat Gateshead,or Bradford never mind Preston oh wait a minute..........

Do you think Clarke played like a man who wanted to be away? People are genuinely gutted.
Let them share their frustrations, the point you make is valid, but nonetheless we are in a weaker position now than we were on Sunday … until proven, and that is a leap of faith, for today
I get the frustrations mate but some people go way ott

Is it worth me buying a new shirt just to get the feel good factor back??
We've sold Clarke for a curly wurly and packet of scampi fries!!...
Shameful!!

If we go up it's worth 150m and KLD would sell at a massive profit.
Clarke carried us through entire games last season.

Personally don't think we'll make playoffs now and without Clarke there's a risk severe weakness is exposed the way it wasn't last season, making all the other players less valuable as sell ons.

We've had some gutless and short sighted moves in the past couple seasons but this has to be up there.

Yes we know it’s “ the model” what we didn’t know is that we will sell for peanuts. Will we now be known as a soft touch ?
Nothing should surprise us with this fella in charge but I can’t see how Leeds get £40m for a player inferior to Clarke and we snap Ipswich’s hands off for £15m.
Don’t disagree they’ve had our pants down
