They may well come back down but there’s no guarantee we will go up either so if he chose to stay he’s arguably showing even less ambition.

Just the way it is sadly. Players will always move on for more money in the PL.

Not if Ipswich are in the same league as us next season. He might get one season in the premier league but without doubt they are one of the favourites to drop back down.

Ipswich are in a very niche position where they're not obligated by either EPL or EFL FFP regulations for the next 3 years as they're a promoted side with their pretty much bulk of League 1 squad so they can spend until their hearts content, so I do see the appeal of Ipswich if not next year but even 2 or 3 years

He must have a say in his future he’s not just a commodity to be traded, he owns the rights to his own intellectual property ( him in effect ). He has a contract so he could refuse and sit on the bench if he wanted even though we know that wouldn’t happen as he’s the best player at the club.

If he goes then that raises questions about his ambition or his financial ambition.

To show who is in charge …and accepting the only concrete offer we have -gutted as he is one of the few who have got me excited over the years and with CIrkin for that side was looking very exciting
 
ffs man everyone take a chill pill.....Jack Clarke is a cracking player no doubt about that!....but let's be serious it only feels like yesterday we paid for Will Grigg & over the moon we sold anyone for over a million!! It is what it is, nature of the beast that Premier league outfits will poach Championship clubs, let's see what pans out over the next few days & ktf

We were literally points from it last season with a one man squad who we've just sold.

If we got an injury to someone like Neil and Cirkin and Alese get their yearly injuries then the team is utter crap.

We literally don't have a goal scorer and we're being linked to unknown Russians.
