I stand corrected if Speakman brought in Clarke and Robert’s. I thought they were already at the club before he was appointed. What about Cirkin?

He brought in Cirkin, Hume , alese , Clarke , Roberts , Bellingham and mayenda. 7 of them He joined in Dec 2020 around the time that we got 3 points in 5 consecutive games v mk Dons, Doncaster , Fleetwood , burton and Wigan - wining none of them

As said , it's hard to bring in players to oust that starting 11 , as imo they are all some of the best players in that position in the league , the majority are young and will improve , and the majority are all worth 5+ mill easily

Why does that matter? And he was in charge of recruitment then.
How easy do you think it is to improve on Ballard , Clarke , cirkin, Roberts ?
Do they need improving on ?
The first 3 are conservatively valued at at least 10 million each
Its a tough crowd who balks at his signings from the last few windows , calling them duds, as they don't get in the team above those players !

I've told you. Patterson, O'Nien, Neil and Rigg. The rest of the 11 were under Speakman.

I read it as isidor is ready to be announced and simic is in final negotiations. I truly believe he was here yesterday with Isidor for medical before finalising

The same echo that said Will Still is "not understood to be a contender" while he was in talks with us. What do the Croatian media get out of lying about a medical to a championship club?

Not meaning this to be a dig at you by the way I'm just sceptical with the echo lately
