Basically spoilt our last night meal. The Italians was near universal is it ocean drive or something went to some Caribbean place that was worse than franky and bennys too . Can’t remember it was about 4 years ago now just after Covid don’t get the hype with the place it’s just a dual carriage way with industrial estates either side

Aye. Island going and the American river ride. Hoping river ride still there next year as daughte really wants to ride it. She’ll be gutted if no big boat and test track next year 😂
12 acres doesn’t sound that big for two new lands with large rides

10 days into Holland theme parks holiday. Both legs totally fucked. & Split my head open on a water slide, mild concussion.

Going to need to up my game before wdw next easter.

Yes.
Cycloon ride. Thought I could sit up on it. But went round a corner and then it did another drop that wiplashed my head and neck backwards.
Honestly the hardest I've ever got my head. Knew I was in a bad way immediately. Fortunately was able to swim out.

Didn't know I was bleeding until the bairn noticed. Wanted to send me to get it glued but just left it and it's healed nicely.

Ouch. Seen loads of people do that when you watch from above. I had my money on it being that or one of Blitz and Flitz. I beat myself up badly on one of those once - I had to close my eyes as the spray nearly blasted out my contact lenses which was a big mistake as I just lost control and was hurled violently around the tube all the way down.

As my kids got older I retired from the slides and on my last few visits to Duinrell I stuck to Moonlight and Starfright with the Mrs on the safety of the inflatable rings. :lol:

If I were you I would get myself to Broeders in Waasenaar tonight. A mixed grill and a few strong beers will see you right.

Yes, the f***ing spray. I mentioned this last year, it's like being water boarded. I honestly cannot breath and after a few seconds I panic a bit. I've found turning over works.
Id done the smaller slides next to flitz and blitz earlier (with the littler kids) and you sit up in that, and it was great.
So I tried on cycloon. Still a bit rough now tbh even though we were back in today. Did moonlight today which was just the right side of chucking me off.

Also finally broke my duck on those "drop" / launch bay slides. And had another go on the "no slide" slide which is basically just a jump!

I found that to be a bull bait from the second I parked the car until I got back into it fourteen hours later. They just let too many people in.
 
Heat is mental at the minute!

Epcot yesterday was roasting. Plenty of Menabrea from Italy and a few Samuel Adams did the trick

Guinness in the rose and crown wasn’t great
