I'd say Mendy is the more experienced version of Toney. I'd definitely be happy of we got him over the line

I am not one to repeatedly call out Speakman/the owner but we've been 'haggling' for weeks now and the longer it takes the more likely we are to drop points and although it's the start of the season, we could regret it come May.

It's staggering that we're seemingly no closer to getting anyone in, how anyone can excuse it by saying we're 'haggling' is crazy when we've spent fuck all so far.

It’s the Sunderland striker curse can remember we signed Salvador Cabannas who was an absolute goal machine and he got shot in the head having a piss at the urinal in a bar

Why would you willingly pay over the odds ? It makes future deals difficult aswel as other teams syary to also try and take the piss and squeeze money. You just get a reputation as a soft touch
