City Centre is a bit of a shit hole...always was...and as the saying goes, you can't polish a Turd but hey give it a go, God knows we fecking well need it but sadly the Poor Economy of Sunderland won't lead to improvements...Sadly........Move to the Suburbs and shop in Newcastle like the rest of us,

Right, I'm off to The Toy Shop (Josephs) for a pint to celebrate Sunderland's glorious win...or I may pop in to Yates or Jamesons that other Salubrious Town Centre Establishment for a Gin and Tonic.

Like your Good self...I would Love to see Sunderland as a vibrant place to Live and work, full of exciting entertainment venues for both young and old to enjoy but sadly at present it just isn't....... I hope in the future it may be for our Children but again Sadly, I can't see it happening.
