Lawrence Shankland


Paid a bit of notice to him today. He’s playing behind a striker today. He’s working hard and making himself look busy but barring one shot on target his output hasn’t been much.

Rangers have been heavily linked with him but the fact that there doesn't seem to have been any serious interest from Championship clubs probably tells it's own story.

Does anyone know what we paid for O'Nien? This is what Transfermarkt showed me (converted to £). Obviously the current value won't be accurate but what about the transfer fees? (Hume I had to google)

Transfermarkt is utter shite. There’s no way we’d even give a team a response if they offered £1.7m for Cirkin.

Jobe got 7 man. Stick him up front all season and he'd get 10. I hope we're not wasting money on strikers who can barely outscore an 18 year old midfielder.

Well we don't have any other striker who can get 10 so it wouldn't be a waste of money, would it? I actually think Shankland would get 15+ for us. He is a good striker. We are all entitled to our opinions.
 
They want £5m for him, which for a 29 year old who’s unproven outside Scotland is huge and the reason he’s not at Ibrox.

Rangers want him and he’s a big Rangers fan but they won’t pay the asking price.
