Derbyshire Falcons v Durham T20

Game I think will be Tuesday 3rd September. If so I shall be going!

Haway Durham even if I can't see anything other than a Surrey win

I’m on annual leave, a mate lives in Bermondsey…

I’ve asked the question

We play Somerset at Taunton the four days prior to this game too, so it could be an epic away trip for those who like that sort of thing.

Mind Taunton to London is a horrific trip.

That's it then.

Anyone know if Durham get any access to tickets with being a T20 season card holder? Or is it a case of keeping an eye on the Surrey website? Think I'm down in that there London first week in Sept anyway.

If only we'd paced our innings better in some of our other games we'd have avoided Surrey.

A QF is an improvement but this Northern group has been horrendous and I'd be shocked if any but Warks make it through.

The fact half our team is going to be playing Test and One Day cricket. While nearly all of Surrey will being playing the Hundred. Will definitely hinder us even more.

I pray the ECB will let us use Stokes and Wood. Not holding my breath.
I’m not sure I get why (even digging the FTECB badge out) us losing half our team and them losing nearly all hinders us more. Makes it a lottery and a farce, sure, but it’s in our favour.

I have to go to London for work once a month.

So I shall be working there 3rd and 4th September

Those results tonight reminded me of the last games of the 2022/23 season when Sunderland beat PNE 3-0 away and Millwall blew that 3-1 lead at home to Blackburn.
Quite a debrief going on Derby stream (Fletch appears to have foxtrot Oscar) not happy at all with Patel and Mickey Arthur. Appears Derby have done their budget in on players for t20 tournament and blown it
Fletch sounded even more lugubrious than normal.
