ffs man ...so now you admit the seat platform is wider ?open yer fekking eyes man spurs is a bespoke system the rails are ergonomically bent from behind the seat and rise up to form the rail for the seat behind (giving more space ) ours is just a fekking rail bolted to the concrete behind the seat but on the level up .....it makes it cheap and cramped and nowt like spurs system!They do the same thing. Your whinging cos spurs brand new stadium has more room

you are a clown mate!all i said is that we went for the cheap option and thats true! ..spurs terrace is slightly wide than ours as the regs have changed(the minimum clearway for old stadia is 350mm and 400 for new builds ) ....but we could have spent slightly more on a proper rail system that would have maximised the space we have available and fan comfort rather than just bolt on a fekking rail!your all tattie and no mince mate and its like talking to a slug and i wont be doing anymore of that today!They have much wider stepped area you absolute twonk

Man City’s rail seating is completely different to ours. They bought proper stuff. Spurs’ is nowhere near like ours either. As with a lot of stuff, we’ve gone for the cheapest option.

Bristol City, Barnsley and Shrewsbury all managed to put proper rail seating it, not just whack some metal rails up, like us. That’s just three examples. You saying we can’t match the budget of the League 1 Shrews?Yeah, like we've got the same budget as those two clubs
Buy shite, buy twice. It’s like the seats — they’re going pink again. Stoke bought a better standard of red seats and theirs haven’t faded at all since they replaced theirs in 2017–2018.

Just had a look at what Derby have done and they’ve gone for a cheaper version — quite similar to ours — by just adding a rail. However… they’ve still outdone us by actually getting theirs painted black.
We couldn’t even stretch the budget to pay to get ours powder coated in red, FFS. I’d rather we’d just waited another season and done a proper job than do ours half-arsed. It’s so short-sighted.

The rails are built into the seats, we have just plonked a rail in the middle of the aisle which reduces the space the fans have in those rows.

If the club did more things properly then people wouldn’t have to pass comment on it negatively. Let’s just blindly ignore it when they do things on the cheap… a bit like with the strikers last year…

It’s the fact of how clubs are getting in rail that has been specifically designed to maximise space, comfort, view etc
