Does it hurt that we can buy an unknown kid for £7m and sell him for £33m within a year while people here pontificate about how much Clarke is worth and if you will ever see rhe majority of the cash invested it the team (SAFCs team I mean not Spurs)

And yet we still live rent free in the minds of thousands of numb geordies. Its a really beautiful thing and deep down we appreciate it.

What about the facts that this 40 page thread began when NUFC signed him not cos he was/was not playing for England in these Euros and that the vast majority of post are just to slag him off? Or that fact that I was initially responding to someone banging on about a player who never actually kick a ball for NUFC who we just sold.

I notice you missed all of that in your responses.

The PL is about one thing. Money and profile (incidentally much like PIF)

Please explain to me why it wouldn't love a Big 7 or Big 8? Why would it stop clubs growing and making more money, making its league more competitive and thereby making it more appealing to TV audiences around the world?

The rules were bought in to stop chancers buying clubs, running up huge debts and bankrupting themselves and damaging the league.

If the Cartel were so powerful, why did the FA publically announce Man Citys position regarding breach of rules?
