It's pretty common knowledge that in no particular order the club went for Maric, Svensson, Still, Rosenior, Jansen, and Cifuentes throughout the process.

The fact that some fans will swallow this nonsense that the club only ever wanted Still and then le Bris is precisely why we're yet again in this ridiculous situation of yet another botched managerial recruitment process.

I'm sure you'll all be taken in by the "Regis was always our first choice" shite that will come in the press release too.

It isn’t common knowledge at all mind. Rosenior quite clearly wasn’t on any initial shortlist. He way well have been spoken to when he was sacked but absolutely nothing indicates we were ever seriously interested in him, Jansen or Cifuentes.
