Aye, he does have some support for the job, but very much in the minority from what I have read.

It's the fact that he was available when Beale was sacked, that has me convinced that he is not even being considered by KLD.

We didn’t seem to have a problem appointing Keane, O’Neil, Advocaat, Poyet, Allardyce, Moyes, and a few more. No 100+ days of floundering about getting rejected by blokes still wet behind the ears in managerial terms.

Even in this league we attracted the likes of McCarthy, Keane, Reid and the likes
