They've been asking for transparency and clarity. The reason they want a statement is to find out why it's taking so long and wtf are you doing, what's the plan man? This statement is just very vague and a cop out, it's typical management speak. Nobody wanted a statement for a statements sake.

Why? Rob Edwards was lower league and proved successful. Dave Challinor has shown himself to be a successful manager, albeit at a lower league level but there is no reason to suppose he won't be successful with a better squad.
 
After reading that pile of Shite, I'd have suspected that Dribbling Moron to have taken a PPE Degree at Oxford, along with the other Drooling Fukkwits - if I didn't already know he dropped out of some leisure course at a Polytechnic College.
