I thought that seemed a harsh one. His record wasn't that bad for the seconds.

Still at the age to improve. But guess they had second thoughts.

I'm sure someone on here will know more details. Can't just be we've got nobody lets resign the guy, seems harsh on both the player and any in the younger age groups.

It wasn't to do with his level of performance or ability as a cricketer.

Thorpe on commentary for the 1s game said Hogg was with 2s but he’s doing 12th duties for the 1s. Guess that means they were a body short again. It is a bit embarrassing to see us fielding staff who are 39/33 year old ‘retired’ players as well as a young lad who we only deemed surplus to requirements last year.

Poynter last week. Cole Pearce yesterday. Will Gidman today :lol:
 
Could be two good t20 matches at South North tomorrow and Tuesday. Hopefully both teams got a few players in their line ups who are not involved in latest round if championship matches who will be involved in t20.
Looks like Clark and Parkinson will join the two Aussies up at South North to take sine part in the two games.
