Also am I reading it correctly that you need to have had a purchase history prior to beginning of April to buy a match day ticket for Saturday?

I have from February but can't buy a ticket, at least not upto and including yesterday

They replied by email for me telling me that they'd updated my permissions.
I can see that your problem is different but, shouldn't really be any more complicated.
Son rang the ticket line when he wa strying to arrange one for me but, said he, "got some young lass from TicketMaster who seemed a bit clueless", that was why he was going to go down to the ticket office in person.
