The big changes needed should include them too in my opinion. Dodds, Proctor and Co are clearly part of the problem rather than the solution. A new Head Coach needs to bring in his own people with new ideas as things have gone stale.

The biggest problem is Speakman. But our chairman doesn't have the vision, experience or bottle to do anything about it.

Speakman just carried out the model designated from above. Can get anyone in you want, not going to change if the strategy at the top doesn’t.

He didn’t want to referee the game and make decisions. Hence you get WW3 at the end when players decide to sort it out themselves.

People say we look more secure at the back, no wonder we never get forward. Defence get the ball and keep it amongst themselves, sideways, back, sideways, back.

Dack was supposedly taken off at half-time as Dodds felt we needed to get the ball in behind more. I must have missed all the attempts to do that. Also said he was bored watching the performance in his post-match press interview. At least he gets paid to watch it!

Definitely need new ideas right across the board. Major surgery required in the summer if next season isn't going to pick up where this one is leaving.

Yeah, Speakman has probably hit every performance related bonus in his contract. Get rid of all experienced high wage earners....tick, bring in a load of youngsters who we can sell for a profit in a couple of years.....tick, make sure we stay in the division.....tick, appoint cheap out if work puppet head coaches who will accept having to work with Dodds, Proctor etc.....tick.
